Save searches and manage portfolios

A saved search is a reusable site record. It lets you return to the same point, parcel or boundary later.

What a saved search can contain

A saved search can store:

• the address or site name;
• coordinates;
• the selection type, such as point, cadastre, drawn polygon or uploaded polygon;
• selected cadastre IDs where relevant;
• the site geometry;
• available or included map sections;
• report links and report counts.

The search tile can show the saved date, site area or perimeter where available, a small preview and action buttons for map view, report generation, renaming and deletion.

Restore a saved search to the map

Open Searches from the workspace navigation. Choose a saved search and open it on the map.

If the search already has an available assessment section, Enviro-D opens the first effective map section. Otherwise, it returns the search to Site Selection.

Cadastre, drawn and uploaded polygon searches restore their saved boundary where possible.

Team portfolios

Team accounts can organise searches into portfolios.

A portfolio is useful when you are screening a group of sites for the same client, acquisition program, fund, region or internal review. Team users can create, rename and delete portfolios, assign searches to portfolios, remove searches from portfolios, and drag selected searches between portfolio groups.

Portfolio settings can apply shared context to searches in the portfolio, subject to eligibility and account rules.

Personal saved searches

Personal workspaces have saved searches, rename/delete actions and map/report actions. Portfolio management is a team-workspace feature.

Good practice

Use consistent names. Include enough detail for another user to understand the site later, such as the street address, asset ID, parcel reference or project name.

Avoid saving duplicate sites unless you deliberately need separate versions for different boundaries or reports.
