Share and download reports
Use report share links, PDF downloads and regeneration controls safely.
Reports can be shared with stakeholders when the output is ready.
Copy a share link
From the report list or report detail page, use the share action to copy a report share link.
A share link is useful when another person needs to review the report context without searching for the report inside your workspace.
Before sending a link, check that the report is the correct site and template.
Download a PDF
PDF download is available when a successful PDF output exists. The download action is disabled while no PDF is available.
If a report is still pending or processing, wait until output is ready. If output needs to be rebuilt, use the regeneration action where available.
QR codes
Report tiles can display a QR preview for sharing workflows. Treat QR codes like links. Anyone who receives the code may be able to open the shared report view, depending on the share workflow.
Regenerate output
The report detail page can queue regeneration. Use this when output is stale, missing, failed or needs to reflect an update.
Do not regenerate repeatedly while a report is already pending or processing.
Sharing checklist
Before sharing a report:
- confirm the site and boundary;
- confirm the template;
- confirm the sections included;
- confirm the PDF is ready;
- include any caveats or follow-up instructions in your email or file note.
Enviro-D share links are not a substitute for professional advice. If the recipient needs a legal, planning, engineering or environmental conclusion, brief the appropriate adviser.
