How to purchase credits for Enviro-D environmental due diligence reports.

This guide walks you through purchasing credits for Enviro-D reports.

Payment Methods

Enviro-D accepts payment via:

  • Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit Card - Visa, Mastercard
  • Digital Wallets - Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Purchasing Steps

Step 1: Access Billing

  1. Log into your Enviro-D workspace
  2. Click on Settings in the sidebar
  3. Navigate to Billing or Credits

Step 2: Select Credit Pack

Choose from available credit packs:

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

  1. Click Purchase on your selected pack
  2. Review the order summary
  3. Click Proceed to Checkout

Step 4: Enter Payment Details

Stripe's secure checkout will:

  1. Request your card details
  2. Process your payment
  3. Return you to Enviro-D

Step 5: Confirm Purchase

After successful payment:

  • Credits are added immediately
  • You receive an email receipt
  • Transaction appears in billing history

Purchasing During Report Generation

If you need credits while generating a report:

  1. Click Generate Report
  2. A prompt appears if you have insufficient credits
  3. Select Purchase Credits
  4. Complete the purchase flow
  5. Return to continue report generation

Invoices and Receipts

Email Receipts

After each purchase, you receive:

  • Confirmation email from Enviro-D
  • Payment receipt from Stripe
  • Transaction details for your records

Invoice Access

To access invoices:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Purchase History
  3. Click on any transaction
  4. Download invoice as PDF

Invoice Details

Invoices include:

  • Transaction date
  • Credit pack purchased
  • Amount paid (incl. GST)
  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • ABN for tax purposes

GST Treatment

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST:

  • GST is included in displayed prices
  • Invoices show GST amount separately
  • Valid for Australian tax purposes

Saved Payment Methods

Saving a Card

After your first purchase:

  1. Your card details can be saved securely
  2. Future purchases are faster
  3. Card details are stored by Stripe (not Enviro-D)

Managing Saved Cards

To manage payment methods:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Add, remove, or update saved cards

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

Common Causes

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired
  • Bank security block
  • Incorrect details

Resolving Issues

  1. Check your card details
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Contact your bank if needed
  4. Try an alternative payment method

Spending Limits

No Purchase Limits

There are no limits on:

  • How many credits you can purchase
  • How often you can purchase
  • Maximum credit balance

For high-volume requirements:

Payment Security
